Navigating Change

THE GOAL MAXIMIZER PROCESSTM

1. We establish a clear understanding of your objectives for our work together.

2. We assess what is working and what is not. This may include surveys, interviews and observation.

3. In concert with the executive team, we develop a general plan with key short-term activities that have "how much," "by when", the person responsible. And a strategy for implementation.

4. The plan is implemented and results toward goals are measured.

5. Review dates are established to identify successes and problems and engage in problem solving.

6. Plan modifications are made when necessary (e.g. changing business environment, change in business or personal goals). This can occur at any point in The Goal Maximizer ProcessTM.
