Process
Step 1 - Gathering data

participant completes a work-style measure.
Step 2 - Reporting the findings
We
develop a comprehensive team profile full of valuable information, including team
strengths and potential issues. This report is reviewed with the team leader prior to Step
3.
Step 3 - Team workshop (1/2
day)
